Not bad for infants- will restrain them. Terrible for toddlers- too small and claustrophobic inside. Until they are rolling, it is possible that yours might sleep in it. Mine wouldn’t.

I love this product, however my daughter is a little skeptical. She will sleep in it but then wake up crying so we aren’t sure if she likes it or not. We are giving it one more try then selling it!

This is probably the best money we’ve spent on any baby product. In the first year of our son’s life, we have travelled almost every month, including a two week trip to China. The PeaPod has gone everywhere with us, and has never let us down. It’s light, easy to set up, easy to store. Our son has always slept well in it, and I think he liked the familiarity of the tent when we were in a strange place. My only criticism is that my son, who is on the tall side, grew out of it pretty quickly. He can still fit in it, but is now able to tip the whole thing over if he is really struggling to get out of it, so of course we can no longer use it as a bed (he still likes it as a play tent during the day). We’ll probably buy the PeaPod Plus soon.

I bought this product a couple years ago, but didn’t use it for our first child; however, we have been using it a bit more for our second child. It is very easy to setup (only takes about 5 minutes) and putting it back in the bag that it comes in is also easy. I would recommend this for kids preschool age and younger, but start using it with them when they are small so they get used to sleeping in it.
